Fall Senior Fitness Programs

The SWCC is once again proud to host a number of senior fitness programs at its’ SWCC Richmond Site! The programs take place in the mornings from Monday to Thursday and will commence the week of September 13, 2021. Here is a list of the programs offered:

Mondays (9 sessions/program)
Instructor: Claudia Chernitsky
Let’s Move (Zumba) 8:50 a.m. – 9:50 a.m. Cost $75.00
Pilates 9:55 a.m. – 10:55 a.m. Cost $75.00
Instructor: Sandra Case
Yoga 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Cost $95.00 (Full)

Tuesdays (12 sessions/program)
Instructor: Josie Papadopoulis
Senior Fitness 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Cost $95.00

Wednesdays (11 sessions/program)
Instructor: Claudia Chernitsky

Let’s Move (Zumba 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Cost $90.00 (Full)
Barre 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. Cost $90.00

Thursdays (12 sessions/program)
Instructor: Josie Papadopoulis
Senior Fitness 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Cost $95.00
Instructor: Sandra Case
Yoga 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m. Cost $95.00
