8:30 – 10:00 am – Coaches to pick-up their Jamboree Package (Participant Meal Tickets at Waverley Site)

9:30 am – Games to begin in various locations

11:00 am – Silent Auction, Food and Wrist Band Ticket Sale Tables Open

11:00 am – 50/50 Ticket Sales Begin

11:00 am – BBQ Opens

11:00 am – 2 Large Bouncers Open in Rink 2

11:30 am – Sleepy the Clown arrives to do walkabout and create balloon animals until 2:30 pm

12:00 pm– Games 2 U Laser Tag, Hamster Balls, Booger Wars, and Hamster Ball Soccer Open in Field

12:00 pm– WSEU Skills Competition Commences in field

3:00 pm – Games and activities outside wrap-up
