Yoga for Intermediate to Advanced Exercisers
The morning Yoga program will involve 20 minutes of basic mat exercises to warm up the body, 20 minutes of standing poses to work on balance, strength and stability and 20 minutes of restorative poses to relax tense muscles.
SWCC has enlisted the services of Ruth Ann Penner to guide them through the Boot Camp, and also the Yoga, programs. Ruth has a Bachelor of Exercise Sport Science and has been a certified Personal Trainer and Strength Training & Conditioning Specialist for over 11 years.
After finishing two Iron Man Triathlons, Ruth believes that regular ordinary people have it in them to accomplish extraordinary things.
