The SWCC Richmond Site is proud to add another Seniors Fitness Program to our daytime schedule!
Our Yoga certified instructor is Sandra McNeill. Sandra will be introducing this Gentle Yoga program for seniors that will incorporate Yoga poses aimed at increasing strength, mobility and flexibility as well as breathing and relaxation exercises to leave you with an important sense of well-being. Yoga props and chairs will be used to allow for modifications to keep everyone safe and supported.
