Please read and understand the following before using the registration links at the bottom of this page!

  • Online registration for Basketball is through the WMBA/Ramp Interactive
  • Online registration for Soccer is through GOALLINE
  • NEW! – Online registration for Baseball and Softball is through Ramp Interactive

2023 Online Registration Dates (links at the bottom of this page)

  • Baseball (all ages) opens March 1st and will close March 31st
  • Timbit Softball  4 to 7 opens Feb 28th  and will close March 31st
  • Softball U8 to U18 opens Feb 27th and will close March 31st
  • Soccer U9 to U18 opens March 1st  and will close March 20th
  • Mini Soccer U3 to U8 opens March 1st and will close April 8th
  • Basketball U7-18+ registration opens Feb 27th 2023
  • Cricket U6-U18 opens March 15th and will close April 30th

If you miss the deadline or were unable to complete registration online please contact the sport convener.  A late registration fee may apply.

Age categories are determined by how old the child will be within the calendar year (i.e. a child born in Jan 2015 or Dec 2015 would be considered the same age).

If you have not registered before you will be asked to set up a profile.

Online registration allows parents to register their players from home and avoid lineups. Online registration accepts most major credit cards (sorry no Interac) For alternate payment arrangements or if you are unable to register online please contact the sport convener.

 

Program Registration Fee Subsidy Grant:

We want all youth to have the opportunity to play sports. South Winnipeg Community Centre is able to provide families who need financial assistance for registration fees for Community Centre based programming. This support is available to youth 17yr of age and under.

Payments

  • Our Richmond – 666 Silverstone Ave, is open Monday thru Friday between 9:30AM – 4:00PM
  • If you have approval from your sports convener to pay SWCC by cheque, feel free to leave cheque in an envelope in the mailbox at the front door of the building labeled “SWCC” if office is closed. Please note that for some sports the payment does not go to SWCC.
  • If paying SWCC by cheque, please make out to ‘South Winnipeg Community Centre’ or ‘SWCC’
  • Payments received after this date may be rejected or subject to late fees
  • All cheques returned by the bank will be subject to a $25.00 fee plus applicable bank charges

If you are looking for alternate times, please call to make arrangements.
Please include your online registration reference and identify which sport when paying.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Administration fee applies to all refund requests other than ‘Program Cancellation’. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • No refunds are issued without Sport Convener approval.
  • No refunds to be issued after April 1st as league payments have been made.

Boundaries

To register for any “Winter or Summer” sport, hosted by SWCC, such as Ringette, Basketball, Soccer Baseball or Softball you must reside within the boundaries of the Waverley or Richmond Site catchment area. Regardless of where your child has previously played out of you should only register with the club in your community’s catchment.

The northern boundary of the South Winnipeg Community Centres catchment area is Bishop Grandin and the southern boundary is the Perimeter Highway.  The western boundary is Brady Road and the eastern boundary is the Red River.
