Dance sessions for the coming year! Let’s
Move! Let’s Dance! is a Latin inspired dance fitness class designed for older active adults, the true beginner and for people who are not used to exercise or may be limited physically. You will burn calories, improve cardiovascular health and tone and sculpt the entire body. No dance experience is required, just prepare to have fun! Silvina Holzman, will be back for her 5th year and will be instructing the Monday classes. Claudia Chernitsky will still be with us on Wednesday mornings! Maximum number of participants 20 per class.
