Winter Fitness programs commence January 3rd and the start dates for each program are listed below:

Adult Fitness

Barre & Beyond – Wednesday, January 3 @ 7:00 p.m.
Pilates – Monday, January 8 @ 7:00 p.m.
Barre & Beyond – Tuesday, January 9 @ 6:30 p.m.

Daytime Programs

Senior Zumba – Wednesday, January 3 @ 9:10 a.m.
Senior Fitness – Thursday, January 4 @ 9:00 a.m.
Senior Yoga – Monday, January 8 @ 10:00 a.m.
Senior Zumba – Monday, January 8 @ 10:00 a.m.
Senior Fitness – Tuesday, January 9 @ 9:00 a.m.
