New Fitness programs for Adults and Seniors this fall!

New Fitness programs for Adults and Seniors will commence this fall.

  • For Seniors, we will be introducing Gentle Yoga on Monday mornings from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. with Sandra McNeill, from Yoga Winnipeg, devoting each session to mobility, flexibility and relaxation.
  • For Adult Intermediate to Advanced exercisers, we will be introducing our Boot Camp on Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.! Have a fresh start each morning with high intensity interval training!
  • For Adult Beginners to Intermediate Exercisers, we will be introducing an Early Morning Yoga program on Tuesday & Thursday mornings from 7:45 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.

Ruth Anne Penner will be leading both the Boot Camp and Yoga programs. Please refer to our newsletter (to be released end of August) for additional information!

  • Adult Yoga on Monday evenings! Sandra McNeil, from Yoga Winnipeg, will be introducing the adult Yoga program on Monday evenings. Go to www.sandradawnyogawpg.com/yourbestyoga for registration information.
